Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer premium insured delivery across Nigeria and international shipping to select destinations.

  • Lagos & Port Harcourt Standard Delivery: Free standard shipping on orders over ₦150,000. For orders under ₦150,000, flat rates apply based on neighborhood.
  • Nationwide Shipping (Other States): Dispatched via our reliable logistics partners (DHL, GIGM). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • International Shipping: Shipped via DHL Express. All duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched according to the type of product:

  • Ready-to-Wear Fashion: Dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 1-3 business days for Lagos/PH, and 3-5 business days for other states.
  • Bespoke / Custom-Tailored Fashion: Takes 7-14 business days for fabrication before dispatch. Delivery times are communicated individually.
  • Original Fine Art: Paintings and mixed media require specialist art packaging and crating to prevent damage. Dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on destination.

3. Art Shipping Guidelines (Mz White Gallery)

Original artworks are extremely valuable. Every shipment is double-boxed or custom wooden-crated, fully padded, and shipped with complete transit insurance. We require an adult signature upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging visually before signing the acceptance forms.

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to trace your package online. If you are located in Lagos or PH, our in-house dispatcher will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout prior to arriving at your address.

5. Address Inaccuracies

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. In the event of a returned parcel due to address errors, the customer will be billed for the reshipping costs.
