1. Returns Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Winnie White Atelier purchase. Our policy differs depending on whether you purchased from our fashion collection (WinnieWhiteWears) or our art wing (Mz White Gallery).

2. WinnieWhiteWears (Fashion) Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, packaging, and security tags must be fully attached.
Custom-tailored, bespoke, or altered garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for size if available.

3. Mz White Gallery (Art) Return Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of fine art:

All sales of original artwork, paintings, and mixed media collections are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on original art.
Please review high-resolution images, video representations, or schedule a gallery viewing prior to purchase.
In the extremely rare event that an artwork is damaged during transport, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to arrange restoration or settlement.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Fashion Only)

To return a fashion item, please email us at returns@winniewhiteatelier.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to ship the package back to our main office in Victoria Island, Lagos. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

5. Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved. If approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
