1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Winnie White Atelier (including both our WinnieWhiteWears fashion collections and Mz White Gallery art collections), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Winnie White Atelier.
2. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as fashion designs, original artwork, imagery, text, graphics, logos, button icons, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Winnie White Atelier or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Original paintings purchased from Mz White Gallery do not transfer reproduction rights to the buyer.
3. Pricing and Product Information
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Original paintings from the gallery are unique one-of-a-kind items and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Winnie White Atelier, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
